Why is recycling important.

Write a persuasive piece of writing telling me why recycling is important.

Introduction Topic question: Why is recycling important?	Recycling is important because we won’t have any space  to be able to build house.
Main reason 1 Fact If you put stuff in the landfill that can get recycled it takes ages to break down in the landfill. Example For example a plastic bag takes 1000 years to break down in the landfill.	Fact: Sometimes it takes thousands of years for most of the trash in landfills to decompose and break down. Example:  For example when trash is buried in a landfill with no oxygen it produces methane.  This toxic gas is poisonous to living things and bad for the environment.
Main reason 2 Fact: China doesn’t want new zealand to send our rubbish to country anymore so we have to solve the problem example:For example we can no longer able to send plastic bottles to china for recycling we must do it in our country.F	Fact:China does not want  to deal  with our rubbish they don’t  want  new zealand rubbish any more. Example: So if you put recycling items in the landfill it can cause a fire
Main reason 3 Fact:If we send to much rubbish to toxic farm animals will not longer to be able to eat grass on the farm because it will be toxic. Example:In china I think they should care about themselves instead of taking care of our rubbish .We should take care of our own rubbish.	Fact:A place where a large hole is dug in earth and rubbish is stored is called a landfill. example: For example the landfill can create a toxic gas called Methane is explosive.

Recycling is important because did you know 2010 was recovered for recycling of all plastic waste that was only 8 bicent.Recycling is important because if we don’t  recycle it takes a lot of space and builders might not be able to build new houses.Also they waste 230000 tons of rubbish and if you put a reusable item in the landfill it can cause a fire.There is still more items that you can recycle like a glass bottle and cardboard.Iceland recycles 332000 tons of rubbish and sweden recycles 10 million rubbish.Sometimes it takes thousands of years for most of the trash in the landfills to decompose and break down.Also did you know visy is a place in Auckland where plastic and paper rubbish are recycled to be used again.Also visy is a place that has tons of rubbish that you can recycle.
